The artisanal jams and jellies we create convey the vastness of our wild terroir. From the cranberries of the North Shore to the blueberries of the Saguenay, strawberries from Gaspé fields, plums from the Outaouais, and serviceberries from the Bas-Saint-Laurent, our artisanal jams offer rare and forgotten flavors.
Homemade Jams and Jellies
Our artisanal jams and jellies are made from northern fruits that boast intense and rich flavors like no other. They enliven breakfasts, complement your cheese boards beautifully, and pair wonderfully with a wide range of savory dishes.
Artisanal jams from the wild Canadian terroir,
authentic taste
Gourmet Sauvage’s artisanal jams and jellies are made from wild fruits and organically grown fruits like sea buckthorn. All fruits are hand-picked and sorted, then transformed in an artisanal way, in batches of only 5 kg at a time, reminiscent of master jam-makers and grandmothers!
For over 25 years, we have been refining our recipes so that every product offers the most authentic and nature-close taste possible.
Northern fruits possess unparalleled nutritional qualities and are rich in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. Cranberries are high in potassium, elderberries surpass all local fruits in antioxidant content, and saskatoon berries are notably high in fiber.
All our artisanal jams contain more than 55% fruit with just a hint of organic sugar and apple pectin, so you need not deprive yourself of the simple pleasure our products provide!
Wild fruits:
The perfect accompaniment
from morning to night
Our artisanal jams and jellies are varied and versatile. Your kids will fight over the last spoonful of saskatoon berry jam at breakfast and will ask for another slice of chocolate cake with blackberry jam after dinner.
The vibrant and silky elderberry jelly is the perfect companion for gourmet sandwiches, and cedar jelly makes delicious foie gras appetizers for hosting guests.
The creamy plum jam pairs wonderfully with lamb, while sea buckthorn jam offers a tangy, almost tropical taste that goes excellently with salmon.
On a cheese platter, you won’t want to miss out on chokecherry or spruce jelly. Wild fruit jams and jellies, we love them at breakfast, lunch, as a snack, in savory cooking, and in desserts!
