Our fruit are handpicked and cooked slowly to capture a maximum of flavour. Every jar contains a bit of early summer, a good dose of wild nature and perhaps a few childhood memories.

Wild strawberries, a wild treasure!
Without a doubt, wild strawberries are the most appreciated of the scores of wild fruits that grow in Quebec. Native people did not harvest large quantities of this fruit as the harvests were too small and the fruit hard to keep. Simple economics!
Wild strawberries are and will probably remain a small pleasure, a product that is hard to pick and equally difficult to find in a store.
