Mushroom knife

The sharp curved blade of 2 3/4 in stainless steel cleanly cuts the delicate stem of mushrooms, and the natural bristles attached to the handle allow brushing away soil and impurities. Its rounded back teeth are used to remove the cuticle (outer layer) of the cap.

The varnished beechwood handle resists moisture. The ferrule includes a locking ring preventing any accidental opening or closing of the blade.
