Mushroom knife

This knife made by Opinel is specifically designed for picking and cleaning mushrooms.

The sharp, curved 2 3/4″ stainless steel blade cuts cleanly through the delicate stems of mushrooms and the natural bristles attached to the handle are used to brush away dirt and impurities. Its rounded teeth on the back are used to remove the veil (the outer layer) of the cap.

The varnished beechwood handle is moisture resistant. The ferrule has a locking ring preventing all accidental opening or closing of the blade.
