A truly unique artisanal jelly!
Our jelly is crafted from hand-picked balsam needles which are then crushed and cold macerated. The filtered liquid is then enhanced with a touch of organic sugar and fruit pectin.
We use a minimal number of ingredients, always of top quality. The result is a delicious, delicately resinous and mentholated jelly that evokes our northern terroir.
