This unique product reflects our vast wild territory where the balsam fir stands as an emblem. Its taste is slightly bold with rich, woody, and resinous aromas that are irresistible.
Our artisanal mustard is handcrafted in small batches from high-quality ingredients, including Canadian mustard, apple cider vinegar, white wine, and sea salt. Handpicked balsam fir needles, delicately dried and then ground, are added. The mustard is then aged for several weeks before being jarred to allow the flavors to fully develop.
