Normally, I pick my blueberries, but last summer that wasn’t possible for me. Thank you, Gourmet Sauvage, for making them available at such a reasonable price. I eat these berries almost still frozen. About half a cup in a small bowl makes for an excellent afternoon snack. No sugar needed.
We always have some in our freezer; it’s the best product for making sauces to go with pancakes or waffles. It’s also great for muffins, etc., but make sure to drain the excess water well.
I’ve been enjoying these little wild blueberries for years on pancakes, in smoothies, and in jams with other fruits (the last time it was blueberries, cranberries, and maple syrup, yum). I always have some in my freezer. They’re excellent.
