Originally from Russia, sea buckthorn is an emerging crop perfectly suited to our climate, so much so that you now encounter naturalized specimens.
The orange berry is very acidic with notes of mango, passion fruit, and citrus. We craft our delicious jam by hand, with a minimum of organic sugar, to highlight the subtlety of sea buckthorn’s aromas.
