Autumn is already well established, and while our eyes are dazzled by its flaming colors, the forest and its inhabitants are already anticipating the arrival of the white snow cover. This new herbalism workshop is an invitation for you to do the same! Come uncover the plants and tips that will assist in embarking on the seasonal transition with gentleness, vitality, and resilience. You will have the chance to transition from theory to practice by engaging in plant foraging and preparing remedies for the winter.

The workshop starts in our tipi, where we introduce the basic principles of foraging and the use of medicinal plants in preparation for winter. Then, we venture out to discover the medicinal wild plants growing in the surrounding wooded areas and discuss their properties. Returning to the tipi, we demonstrate some ways to use these plants to benefit from their virtues.
