The wild rose syrup is made from petals picked five at a time by encircling the flower with our fingers, leaving the heart to fruit.
It’s truly a labor of love, done in the enchanting decor of the riverbanks with the heady fragrance of roses.
From the forest to the table, every stage of harvesting and processing is entirely done by hand. Petals are added with sugar and a touch of acidity, resulting in a naturally vibrant fuchsia syrup.
