An exceptional artisanal syrup
Wild rose syrup is made from wild rose petals which are harvested five at a time by closing your fingers around the flower, leaving the center of the flower to bear fruit.
It is a tedious harvest compensated for by the heady aroma of flowers and the beautiful landscape and seascape of the St Lawrence.
From rosebush to the table, every phase is done by hand. We add sugar and a bit of acid to the petals to produce this entirely natural, fuchsia-coloured syrup.
