Haskap is an emerging northern fruit that each year attracts new enthusiasts. It looks like an elongated blueberry and its taste is reminiscent of blackcurrant, plum, and sometimes rhubarb. Haskap berry syrup is enchanting, festive, and a hit in both cocktails and desserts!

Haskap is still little known, but we’re already mad about it! So much so, that after launching a jam with this delicious fruit, we decided to make a syrup to enjoy its exquisite flavor in our drinks!
Our syrups are handcrafted with a minimum of ingredients and a lot, a lot of attention. While not a wild fruit, haskap is an emerging northern crop that reflects our land well. We are happy to introduce this flavorful, healthy, and accessible fruit!
