Haskap berry syrup is a hit with desserts and in cocktails, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. Don’t hesitate to use it in small quantities in dressings too!

Haskap Spritz

• 20 ml of vodka
• 25 ml of haskap berry syrup
• 100 ml of Prosecco
• Plum slices for garnish

In a glass filled with ice, pour the vodka, the haskap berry syrup, and top with Prosecco. Stir with a spoon and add a few plum slices to the glass. Serve.
