An artisanal mix of dehydrated mushrooms

The mix will put a bit of the forest on your plate and allow you to taste a wide variety of mushrooms in one dish.

Like spices, wild mushrooms should be in every kitchen to enhance most dishes : soups, potatoes, rice, fish and meats.

Using wild mushrooms

Rehydrate your mushrooms in the liquid of your choice (water, wine, stock, milk) until they are swollen and pliable (about 10 minutes) and use them in your favorite recipe. Keep any excess liquid for other recipes. If your recipe already has liquid, toss the mushrooms in as they are; they will rehydrate during the cooking. Use them as is, chopped in chunks or ground into a powder in your blender.
