About the size of a queen olive and bright red in color, the wild plum rivals cultivated plums! Its generous and naturally sweet flesh makes an absolutely delicious jam enjoyed for both breakfast and savory dishes.

Wild plums are delectable fruits that, however, play hard to get. Indeed, harvesting them is complicated by thorns on the trees and the fact that the plum trees are often affected by diseases making fruiting unpredictable.
