Harvesting and preparing wild plants workshop
Gourmet Sauvage invites you to discover nature differently through this workshop. Learn to identify, harvest and cook a number of easily recognizable plants.
After a short theoretical presentation, we spend several hours harvesting plants with which to prepare simple recipes at day’s end.

Seasonal workshops
Seasonal workshops are organized according to three following themes:
- Wild spring edibles
- Summer solstice gastronomy
- Fall harvests
Every workshop is a unique experience, a chance to discover some twenty plants. Tubers, roots, buds, leaves, flowers, fruit and seeds; nature has much to offer and a workshop in each season is recommended for those who want to develop this skill.
