Wild Terroir Herbal Teas: Taste the Forest One Cup at a Time
Sipped as a hot or cold infusion with a splash of lemon, wild herbal teas will bring a touch of the forest into your daily life.
Gathering Wild Plants for Infusion
The plants used in our wild herbal teas are harvested precisely when they are at their most beautiful and freshest.
Rose, bee balm, and valerian flowers are always picked after the dew and before it gets too hot, allowing their fragrances to emerge. Sweet gale and chaga also require harvesting at a specific time using precise techniques. Only young raspberry leaves are selected, while conifer gathering can even extend into winter.
This intimate knowledge of plants, the forest, and the rhythm of the seasons allows us to practice responsible and sustainable harvesting. The plants are then air-dried in the dark in custom facilities to ensure a final product of high quality.
Benefits and Properties of Wild Herbal Teas
Artisanal wild herbal teas are unique blends of indigenous plants. They are enjoyed for their flavors and the comfort they bring, but also for their medicinal properties.
Chaga has anti-tumor properties, rose fortifies the body, raspberry leaves help support the female reproductive system, fir is notably antiseptic, and bee balm acts on the immune system.
