Our blueberry syrup is made with real wild blueberries handpicked in the Saguenay region. They are no larger than a pea and very sweet.
We cook them slowly with cane sugar and a touch of acidity to produce an artisanal product of the highest quality.
This syrup is an important part of our culinary heritage. It brings forth memories of a forest harvest or an afternoon in grandma’s kitchen.
