The cheesemaker’s condiments trio proposes unusual and delicious jams and jellies.
Wild plum, about the size of a large olive and bright red or yellowish, will stand up to any cultivated variety. The pulp, sweet and generous makes a superb jam that can be served at breakfast as well as with salted dishes and cheeses.
Our elderberry jelly is sharp and has a smooth silky texture. It is a versatile product used in many different dishes.
Cedar jelly is resinous but also tastes of citrus fruit. It is particularly good with foie gras or old cheddar.
