Wild edible plants or wild mushrooms.
We accept groups of 8 to 10 people. Course duration is 4 to 6 days with time spend in the classroom and in the field. The course deals with the identification of different species, with harvester ethics, with bush safety, with the harvest, handling and transport of products and with food safety and traceability.
We will travel to your region if you have access to a room for classes and suitable wild areas for the species we are looking for.
